Whit and Meg met in July 2003 in a summer institute class. They’d bumped into each other a time or two before then, but this day they exchanged numbers and started dating. Feeling like the “right time” was in the future, Whit broke up with Meg in October of the same year. Before they could get back together, Meg was paralyzed in a hiking accident, but Whit showed up at the hospital. He made her animal balloons, brought flowers, played his guitar… they got back together when she returned home from the hospital and the two have been inseparable ever since.

Whit and Meg have different strengths and talents and they work well together in their marriage, family, business, and other ventures. They support each other in what each feels is important and are lovingly respectful of each other. They both love making gingerbread houses, travelling, hosting family parties, Thai food, and being with their family, Here is a little about each…

Meg is a lively, charismatic, and happy extrovert. She loves parties. Her secret talent is making others feel good about themselves.

Meg’s hobbies include painting, gardening, and partying.
About Whit...
Whit is a centered, strong, and patient introvert. He loves sports. His secret talent is keeping calm at all (all) times.
Whit is a businessman with many ventures going on in several states. His degree is in financial analysis and he has an MBA. He works with anesthesiologists, AV production crews, trampolines, and pizza. He spent some time as a professional halftime entertainer, Unihoops.
Whit’s hobbies include running, basketball, and juggling. He served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Brazil where he became fluent in Portuguese and served and loved the people who live there.

Both Whit and Meg are excited to grow their family through adoption. They feel a spiritual nudge to go this route. They are very happy with their three girls, but feel someone is missing. They are committed to finding the rest of their family and are happy that you are here learning about them. Maybe you could help? Maybe you know someone who is looking for a family or maybe you are an expectant mom looking into this new world of adoption. In any case, please consider the Johnsons, they will love to get to know you and answer all of your questions! They are loving and will make this process as easy as possible. They will love to maintain a relationship with the birth family if they are willing. Please contact them here.
